After a successful transaction, you will be asked if you would like a receipt. You can either input your phone number or email address to have it sent to you - our machines do not print receipts of any kind.
By default, your receipt is texted to the phone number used to complete your transaction.
If you did not get a receipt and would like one, please click here.
If you know your transaction ID utilize our verification system by inputting the transaction ID, completing the Google captcha, and obtaining a copy of your receipt. The receipt will also contain a link to the blockchain which can be used to find your transaction on the blockchain. See our guide on how to view your transaction on the blockchain for more information.
However, if you do not know the Transaction ID you can search for your transaction using the “other” tab, then search by date, crypto address, and the cash amount.
