When completing a transaction there is a small chance that your transaction will fail. Rest assured, your funds are secure with Localcoin as your transaction was recorded by our systems.
If your transaction fails, there is a chance that it can be resent by our support team otherwise it will have to be processed manually by our Finance team. We may contact you to confirm the details of your transaction before it is sent off to our Finance team for processing. In either case, you can contact our Support Team here.
Your transaction will be resent no later than the following business day. We may require additional information regarding your transaction and/or verification to process your refund.
