This guide will walk you through how to use the Localcoin dashboard to view your recent transactions, check your account limits, and more.

You can access your My Account dashboard after signing in with your phone number here.

Dashboard Overview

Once logged in, you will see the main dashboard screen. From here, you can:

• View your recent transactions
• Check transaction statuses
• Monitor your daily and yearly limits
• Access verification details
• Start a new Sell transaction
• Find a Localcoin ATM near you

The menu on the left-hand side includes:

• Home – Returns you to the dashboard
• Transactions – View all completed, pending, and failed transactions
• Limits – Review your current transaction limits
• ATM Finder – Locate nearby Localcoin ATMs
• More – Additional account and support options

Viewing Recent Transactions

The “Your recent transactions” section displays your latest activity.

Each transaction includes:

• Type – Buy or Sell transaction type
• Transaction ID – Your unique transaction reference number
• Date – Date and time of the transaction
• Location – Method or location used for the transaction
• Fiat Amount – AUD amount involved in the transaction
• Crypto Amount – Cryptocurrency amount processed
• Status – Current transaction status

Example statuses include:

• Completed – Transaction was successfully processed
• Pending – Transaction is still being processed
• Failed – Transaction was unsuccessful and was not completed

If a transaction fails, you may review the transaction details in the Transactions section or contact Localcoin Support for assistance.

Checking Your Transaction Limits

The “Your limits” section shows how much you can transact.

You will see:

Daily Buy/Sell Limit

This is the maximum amount you can transact within a 24-hour period.

The dashboard displays:

• Your total daily limit
• Your remaining available amount
• A timer showing when your daily limit resets

Weekly Buy/Sell Limit

This is the maximum amount you can transact within a 7-day period.

The dashboard displays:

• Your 7 day limit
• Your remaining 7 day amount
• The time remaining until more of your limit refreshes.

Limits may vary depending on your verification level and local regulations.

Yearly Buy/Sell Limit

This is the maximum amount you can transact within a 365-day period.

The dashboard displays:

• Your yearly limit
• Your remaining yearly amount
• The time remaining until more of your limit refreshes.

Using the ATM Finder

To locate a nearby Localcoin ATM:

1. Select “ATM Finder” from the left-hand menu
2. Enter your city, postal code, or allow location access
3. Browse nearby ATM locations
4. Select a location to view supported cryptocurrencies, store hours, and directions

You can also use the “Find an ATM” button located at the top-right corner of the dashboard.

Viewing All Transactions

To see your complete transaction history:

1. Select “Transactions” from the left-hand menu
2. Review your full list of transactions
3. Select an individual transaction to view additional details

You may use your Transaction ID when contacting support regarding a specific transaction.
